I’ve known Mia and Alex for years so it was an easy yes when asked to photograph their wedding! We all met in high school through band and choir (this was before they were dating) and they were just fun people to be around! Fast forward a few years to their relationship and later their engagement and it all made sense!! They have just down-to-earth personalities that complement one another so naturally and their love is just so genuine and sweet. I loved every second of capturing this wedding and am so excited to share so many favorite moments with you!!
All of the groomsmen had pocket boutonnieres which was such a fun new way to utilize florals without all those pesky pins!!
All throughout the getting ready portion, we had to keep reminding Alex to breathe. Not because he was worried or second guessing…just because he wanted everything to be perfect for his beautiful bride Mia!
This bouquet is everything!! Like are you kidding me with how gorgeous all these colors are together??

Maybe the sweetest first look of my entire life! They were just so happy to be there and see each other and get married!!

The sky might’ve been cloudy but these beach photos are still some of my favorites of the whole day! So happy the rain stopped enough for us to capture some beauties!!
Seriously y’all, their first dance was amazing!!
Instead of a bouquet toss, Mia gave a flower from her bouquet to her mother and mother in law and it was such a sweet moment!!
And who doesn’t love a sparkler exit?! This crowd was a good one too!!
