Booking
step one:
After you've looked around a bit to learn about me and you've seen my work, we've chatted a little bit and you've decided I'm the photographer for you!! Yayyy!! I believe that things should be simple so all of the contract signing, paying, etc. is all done online to make things easy for you and me. At the time of booking, I do require a 20% non-refundable retainer and a signed contract to hold your date!!
Planning
step two:
After we are officially official, the fun begins!! We will get you on the calendar for your engagement session and start planning all of those fun details. You'll also gain access to the CLP Wedding Guide, full of information and recommendations, to help you in your wedding planning journey!!
Engagement
step three:
You engagement session is typically a little preview into what your wedding is all about and that's why they are some of my favorite sessions of all time!! I get to meet you, see how you interact as a couple, and give you some gorgeous photos to share to get everyone excited for your big day!! In return, you will learn how I work as a photographer so that you are comfortable and confident from start to finish on your wedding day!!
Final Chat
step four:
About 2 months prior to your big day, you'll receive a questionnaire from me to ensure I have all of the details needed to capture your wedding day in the best way possible!! This will also help us to solidify a final timeline to assist me in capturing as many precious memories as I possibly can!!
Wedding Day

The day is finally here and it is going to be wonderful!! My goal from the very beginning of this process is to keep you as stress-free as possible so you can soak in all of the emotions of the day. I will be there to capture every moment so you can look back on this joyous day for generations!!
Your Gallery
step six:
You remember how I like to make things simple? That includes how you'll receive your images!! Within 72 hours of your wedding, you'll receive a sneak peek of some of the best images from the day. The rest of your gallery can take up to 6 weeks for final delivery but you'll receive all of the amazing images!! I don't believe in limiting how many memories my couples get so you will have access to download your entire gallery!! Directly from your gallery, you'll be able to order prints, canvases, etc. from my favorite printers to make the process quick and easy.
Album Design
step seven:
You've had the most magical day and now you want to remember it forever!! An heirloom album is the perfect way to keep all of those memories safe in a gorgeous and top-quality way. They also make the perfect gift for parents and grandparents who also want to look back on your magical day!! We will work together to choose images, album cover material, and ensure it is perfect before sending it to the printers!

Chelsea, along with her husband Ryan, shot our wedding and we could not be happier with the photos! They captured every special moment and made the planning process so easy and seamless. First looks are something that I will never get tired of capturing because the reactions and emotions are unique to every single couple! Sometimes it leads to happy tears, sometimes it is gleeful surprise, and something it is a stunned speechlessness. Always so special to witness and photograph!

Those "First Dance" Feels
All of the nerves are gone. The most stressful parts of the day are over. You've gotten through the ceremony, all of the formal photos have been taken, and now it is time to relax. First dances are always so sweet because it is your first entrance as Newlyweds but also you can feel the change in energy. I've witnessed so many couples literally relax during their first dance because the hardest parts of the wedding day are over and you can just enjoy this moment with your favorite person.

Getting Ready Details
Some people don't understand why details are important but anybody who has every tried to make a wedding album can attest to why. They serve so many purposes, including capturing all of the special little details you worked so hard to plan for, but they also allow me and my team to get warmed up for the bigger moments of the day! Detail shots allow us to get the creativity flowing and get in the Wedding Day mindset that allows us to capture everything that you will look back on for decades to come. It may seem silly but its one of my favorite parts of the day.

Long and Flowy Veils
Veils are a favorite of mine, as you can tell if you saw my own wedding photos, and capturing them is just as wonderful. From the epic, flowing-in-the-wind images, to the more subtle closeup, veils are a fantastic part of my job as a photographer. Does that mean they are necessary, heck no!! But I love getting the chance to photograph them whenever I can!!

Unplugged Ceremonies
There are so many tips nowadays that day to NOT do an unplugged ceremony, and in the social media age I can totally see how it would be amazing to have a hundred people's POV of your wedding day. But as a professional photographer, I will always support an unplugged ceremony!! They are my favorite because I never have to worry about interrupting somebody during the ceremony to ask them to move out of the aisle so I can capture your ring exchange or your first kiss. Plus, there are hours following the ceremony that they can go wild capturing every image of you they desire!!

Big, Beautiful Bouquets
I like big bouquets and I cannot lie...no but seriously, I am a huge lover of big (and sometimes wild) bouquets. If there is one place I love to see florals invested in, its a gorgeous bouquet, even if the rest of the florals are a bit more subdued. They make for gorgeous photos throughout the day and I especially adore when special touches are added too! For my own wedding, I added a little broach from my great great grandmother as my something blue!!

How long have you been doing this?
I photographed my very first wedding back in 2015. In 2018 I officially opened my business and in 2024 I finally went full-time!
How many images do I get?
The cost of your wedding includes unlimited digital files in an online gallery. The only images I delete are duplicates and blurry/blinking ones. Together, Ryan and I average about 75-80 images per hour delivered.
Can I share my images?
Of course! Your images are yours to print for your home and share on your social media as you wish!!
What equipment do you use?
Ryan and I both shoot on Canon R6 cameras with a variety of prime and zoom lenses. All our cameras record to 2 cards as an instant backup for all images captured!!
What is your average investment?
On average, our couples tend to invest around $3100-$3400 total on services, albums, and print products.
When can we expect our gallery?
Galleries will always be delivered within 6-8 weeks. Off-season weddings tend to be closer to 4 weeks while busy season (fall) ten to be closer to 6.
Do you charge travel fees?
Travel fees are included within 100 miles of Rocky Hill, CT. All of Connecticut, most of Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and parts of New York are within this area.
How are my images backed up?
All images are automatically written to TWO SD Cards, in camera, during your wedding. Those images are then immediately copied onto multiple hard-drives as well as a cloud storage system. We also keep all images on the SD cards until after your final gallery is delivered!!
Do you shoot destination weddings?
I'll never say never to the possibility, but at this point we only capture weddings within New England and parts of the Northeast.
