Anybody who knows me, knows that dance/guard/performing was a major part of my life for a very long time. If I wasn’t a photographer, I definitely would’ve tried to pursue something related to the arts like a dance teacher for sure. This session was so incredibly close to my heart for that reason and because I got to see my friend Mayté while she was between tours. She is marching with the color guard for 7th Regiment Drum & Bugle Corps and I couldn’t be more proud of her for achieving something so incredible!! She was so fun to photograph and we definitely got a lot of blooper-type photos in between but here are some of my favorites from this session with her!!
