To say that I was looking forward to this wedding would be an understatement but that doesn’t mean it was without it’s surprises! I went to high school with Amanda, though in different grades and circles, I didn’t know her very well. She had seen a post that a friend of mine shared that showed my work and immediately reached out. After chatting with her and Jerry, I knew this was going to be a wedding to remember!
You might recognize these two from their Winter Engagement Session at Harkness Park from last year. As if it wasn’t immediately obvious, these two are absolute snowbirds!! I knew they were having a winter wedding (I mean, duh!) but I was certainly surprised when I was informed of the outdoor ceremony. From then on, I was wishing for some snow and those wishes were granted!
Amanda & Jerry were married at the stunning Pavilion on Crystal Lake in Middletown, CT with the most gorgeous, snowy backdrop to set the mood! I had only ever second shot here so this was such a treat! These two brought so much love and fun with them from the start! I’m so excited to share a peak into their day!!
